Yes, diet sodas can do that.  Hot water is always safe, good, and satisfying.  And remember: it’s all about getting to the finish line, and getting there as quickly as possible.  THEN you get to figure everything out from there.

The Diet Coke is giving me GI issues.  So, I’m replacing the wine with hot water.

I am also not going to weigh this time around until the end of the week. I have a super busy week ahead so I’m planning on using that as an excuse not to focus on this too much and just let it become nature to do 5b and move on.

Had more than a few mess ups. It’s been tricky for me getting back into it. Finally had to stop the excuses and today decided that I am going to re-commit.

Super sad I don’t have wonderful news to share. I’m at 123.5 ish or a little less.

Hiya! Back from traveling.
Its been  1 mnth!

I know Ive put on some weight i can feel it.

Goal: zeroing back in tomorrow & plan to give it a strict 1 mnth @ 5 bite & will post weight on nov 10 in 1 mnth.
