Great update!!!  Woohoo!!!!

I am nowhere near my goal – but I have learned the habit of not finishing food.  It is a really good thing to help us!  I recommend everyone make an effort to make it a habit.

I used to hate pictures!!  But so glad I have so much evidence now!!!!

Welcome back!!

So glad!!!  I learned from Dr L past videos to take on our  challenging foods.  It is amazing we can learn to have power over formerly “red light” foods.  I am no longer afraid to have anything in the house!!!

So interesting to see the variations in maintenance.  Thank you for sharing!
