ive been family crisis mode most days i start out string then by dinner i tap and eat until im satisfied.

Plan to zero in asap & ill shoot a message when ive had a perfect 5 bite day!

This week I stuck to my eating plan 5 bite strict “on”day & then off day where I ate more than 5 bite 2 x a day strict.

Even with very demanding days as I watch grandbabies.

Hello- I haven’t checked my weight since around July 15th ish & I was at 152. I didn’t get a chance to post it so I will now.

I have been off track since July 21-25 time frame.
