<p>This morning my weight had dropped a little bit: 53.2 kg / 117.3 lbs / 17.8 bmi.</p>

<p>I had a smaller lunch compared to breakfast, and I feel better for it. I feel calmer and happier.</p>
<p>I had 1 bite of green peas, 10 bites of chicken, 10 bites of cottage cheese, a smaller slice (3 bites) of bread, and 1 bite of a chocolate bar. All in all 25 bites. Nowadays my bite is around 10 ml / 2 teaspoons.</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve come up with another idea to test tomorrow:</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll experiment again with regular food, and avoid the more alluring food choices.</p>
<p>Bread seems to be too challenging for me at the moment, for example.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll make a small meal of green peas, cottage cheese, and chicken.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s nine hours after lunch, and my tummy is still feeling stuffed.</p>
<p>I definitly ate too much today.<br />
I will remember this feeling.<br />
Tomorrow I’ll take a break from food, and have a snickers bar for my breakfast and lunch instead.<br />
No food in the fridge is worth feeling stuffed for.<br />

<p>I ate quite a bit at lunch, and even so, my weight is lower today than yesterday.</p>
<p>My weight before lunch today was 53.4 kg / 117.7 lbs / 17.8 bmi.</p>
<p>My weight after lunch today was 54.1 kg / 119.3 lbs / 18.1 bmi.</p>
<p>Now it&#8217;s six hours after lunch and my weight is 53.7 kg / 118.4 lbs  / 17.9 bmi.</p>

<p>My weight had dropped again this morning to 52.7 kg / 116.2 lbs / 17.6 bmi.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s a bigger drop than I had anticipated.</p>
<p>I had a moderate breakfast of bread and mac&amp;cheese as planned.</p>
<p>Then I wanted more to eat, and I ate more. Quite a lot more!</p>

<p>Today I&#8217;m tackling two of my biggest over-eating-friendly foods:</p>
<p>bread, and mac&amp;cheese!</p>
