There’s a little voice that tells me to go ahead and eat 10 bites now, then just fast later. But I’ve done this so many times before, and I didn’t fast—I overate and ended up binging. Elizabeth, 3 pounds a week adding up will really make a big difference! We can do 3 pounds a week for sure!!

Taking today to reset my mind and start back at it again tomorrow. I struggled last week and over the weekend. Today I am home by myself so felt like its needed. Wishing you all a great and successful 5 bite week!
