Start of day 5. Down another pound, so 10lbs in 4 days. Feeling good too which is great

Day two down 2.8 lbs – feels good.

Hi everyone!

My eating yesterday got me to 52.9 kg / 116.6 lbs / 17.7 bmi this morning, which is over my maintenance.

Today I’m having a snickers for lunch and a snickers for dinner.

I’m looking forward to my hungerstat returning to a set 5BD volume and meal frequency.
