Hi again everyone!
I’m thinking about the intuitive eating course webinar again.
It would be hilarious to launch the five bite diet as an online course in “counter-intuitive-eating” for weight-loss and recovery from having obsessive food rules and forbidden foods, with the added bonus of slimming down.
Snickers, cake, and cookies!

Hi everyone!
Lunch has arrived and departed. It was a four minute meal, and I enjoyed it!
Before lunch my weight was 52.6 kg / 116 lbs / 17.6 bmi.
After lunch my weight was 52.8 kg / 116.4 lbs / 17.6 bmi.I figured that with it being noon here now, I can afford a 30 bite meal (300 g) even if that would bring my weight slightly up. It will be…[Read more]

Hi again everyone!
Breakfast was a five minute meal. I enjoyed it!
I was eating more slowly thanks to setting aside a small piece of everything on my plate to let go of. Setting aside small pieces of the food also helped me to feel more relaxed and to appreciate the meal. I felt like I was going to feed someone other than me, someone much…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
This morning my weight was 52.0 kg / 114.6 lbs / 17.4 bmi before using the bathroom.
My goal bmi of 17.5 spans from 52.3 kg to 52.5 kg / 115.3 lbs to 115.7 lbs.
To stay at my goal weight after breakfast I’ll need to have had a 300-500 g meal.
I’ll aim for a 300 g (30 bite) breakfast. That’s a 50 g increase from yesterday.
There…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
On another note, I watched a webinar yesterday on a “food freedom” intuitive eating course. It’s a nine week online course that costs 800 euro. You learn to stop over-eating, and to have normal food-eating, to stop having restrictions or forbidden foods, and to become mindful and relaxed about food and snacks. There were reviews that…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
I’m so happy with the timing of this diet for me. Now it’s the beginning of the allotment plot season, and I have more energy now that I’m in maintenance.
Four days ago I hurt a muscle when I was too eager with the planting spade, a small hand-held spade to dig small holes. It’s been getting better and better. I suppose that my now…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
Lunch has arrived and departed. It was a three minute meal. I enjoyed it!
Before lunch my weight was 52.6 kg / 116 lbs / 17.6 bmi.
After lunch my weight was 52.7 kg / 116.2 lbs / 17.6 bmi.I left some of the food alone: two green peas, two corners of a slice of bread, two small pieces of macaroni, and one piece of cottage cheese. I…[Read more]

Hi Allison!
I’m inspired!
I still picture you with the pizza slice, taking one bite of the best part of it, which I imagine to be the tip of the slice, right from the middle of the pizza, and then that’s that, leaving the rest of the slice alone.
I will do this someday soon. I will buy a 2 euro slice of pizza from the nearby pizzeria, and I…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
Breakfast has now arrived and departed. It was a three minute meal.
I intended to leave a corner of a slice of bread, and when I noticed that I liked how I felt when I left one corner, I left two more corners.
After my meal I tilted my plate over the compost paper bag, said “here you go” to the compost, added “enjoy” and “bon…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
It’s a new day here now.
My belly skin is again looking like it’s the skin on a puppy, skin has many small rolls, which tells me that I’ve lost weight, and / or, my belly isn’t as stuffed any longer because I have eaten less.
Indeed, my weight after using the bathroom this morning was 52.3 kg / 115.3 lbs / 17.5 bmi.
Technically…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
I’m trying out different thoughts to convince me to want to push food away from now on.
-Pushing some of the food on my plate away is something that I’m learning to do with ease.
-I’m moving some of the food on my plate to the compost bin so that the atoms in the food can play a part in that circle of life.
-I’m sending some of…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
I’ve had a moderate lunch, and it was easily done.
I’m staying in my food volume lane.
Lunch was 25 bites of this and that, similar to breakfast.
I ate it all in three minutes, without pushing any of it away.
At the moment I’m unwilling not to eat everything that’s on my plate.
Before lunch my weight was 53.4 kg / 117.7 lbs /…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
I’ve had a moderate breakfast of 25 bites (250 g).
(That’s moderate to me, compared to my over-eating meals).
My pre-breakfast weight was 53.3 kg / 117.5 lbs / 17.8 bmi.
My post-breakfast weight was 53.6 kg / 118.2 lbs / 17.9 bmi.
I had 8b bread, 12b pancakes, 2b mac&cheese, 2b jam, 1/2b cottage cheese, and 1/2b of…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
This morning my weight had dropped a little bit: 53.2 kg / 117.3 lbs / 17.8 bmi.
I’ll stick to my last meal volume for breakfast and lunch today and see if I can find a baseline.
My mistake yesterday was that I basically had two meals and then some for my breakfast meal.
Course correction took place at lunch luckily, and now I’ll…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
I had a smaller lunch compared to breakfast, and I feel better for it. I feel calmer and happier.
I had 1 bite of green peas, 10 bites of chicken, 10 bites of cottage cheese, a smaller slice (3 bites) of bread, and 1 bite of a chocolate bar. All in all 25 bites. Nowadays my bite is around 10 ml / 2 teaspoons.
I was curious to know…[Read more]

ps. I toasted a slice of bread and ate it plain after my breakfast. I don’t want to avoid bread. My weight remained the same afterwards. I’ll have a slice of bread with my lunch, too. Aiming for moderation.
