I’m a bit skeptical that I can actually lose up to 15 pounds this week with 2 bars a day as Dr. Lewis suggested.

I have not been her for a week or so. But I’ve been sticking to the diet as best as I can after a setback a few weeks ago. I gained 8 pounds two weeks ago but lost them this week. So I’m back to where I was the last time I registered my weight. I’m confident the scale will be down again next Monday!
