Today was a true test. I took my kids to the water park and that’s generally my excuse to load up on snacks and just eat and eat and eat.

Also tempting to eat my children’s scraps, but I resisted! Lol

As with previous diets I choose to weigh daily, it really keeps me aware and accountable.

Well, I’m on my third week and all that has happened so far is I gained 2lbs – and spent all week losing it again. I didn’t cheat. This is pretty weird. I’m just now back to where I was last Sunday. :(

I did good today.

Dizzy and foggy. Resisted Chinese food at dinner.

I just want to say, I can’t wait to join a meeting! Tonight my little one banged her head on a tire swing at the park and ended up needing stitches. It seems I keep having all of my emergencies on Monday evenings. I really look forward to seeing everyone, hopefully next week!

Indeed. This is why I like weekly weigh-ins. Some of the variability inherent in those evil scales gets flushed out over a week’s time.
