I am on Spring break next week, so not sire what we will be doing.

Keep up the good work! i lived in Alaska as a bay through 2 years old. I don’t remember it.

I have been hovering around the same weight for a couple of weeks. I think my body likes the current (past) set point!

I do three perfect days per week. I don’t let anything sway me on those days. The other days, I try to eat mindfully.
