Thanks for the welcome Alaska Gal….I would have killed to have had a BEST WEEKLY LOSS of 13 lbs…!! Seems my focus was beneficial for my weigh in today.

I think that’s great!! Two weeks is a perfect amount of time to take a breather and the jump back in! Way to go!!!

Thank you! It is me in the archives 🥰I came back a few years ago, but for whatever reason just didn’t push through to get back to my optimal weight, so now I’m back to get back to where I was 6 years ago.

You’re doing great Allison!! How long will you take a break for?

I’m from Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦 So far so good! I’m down 10lbs, but have about 30ish more to go. I want to be there by mid June, so it’s time to get serious and just get it done 🥰
