Are there any runners here doing this diet?
just started on the 5 bite diet. I am 145 pounds (66 kg) and want to get 127 pounds (58 kg). I am 168 cm tall
How is your training going on this diet?
I am a 5k runner that needs to lose some weight.

It will happen! My real starting weight is 321, but I had lost some before Slimming Station.

I have had another perfect 5 bite day and it was much easier today. I don’t feel as hungry, which is great.
i actually enjoyed preparing meals for myself and my mum, knowing I was only going to eat 5 bites of meals I enjoy, that I wanted to eat. Magic!
