I am sure I gained 10+ lbs past week while in Kona but bars today & the next day a to regain control.

Taking today to reset my mind and start back at it again tomorrow. I struggled last week and over the weekend. Today I am home by myself so felt like its needed. Wishing you all a great and successful 5 bite week!

Lost my focus on a business trip in Kona thought I should touch base on here.

Will be doing bars Jan 27-feb 16 this will be hard for me but I want to be in the zone I know when you eat bars the weight flies off

I’m making progress in terms of dialing back the volume of food and pushing back against extra food, I would love to have a perfect day.

Thank you, Allison!! One thing I’m finally experiencing is that the food noise is really lessening. I had a small wave about an hour or 2 ago, had some coffee, and I realized just now that I completely forgot about wanting to eat. This is huge for me. We’re in the heart of winter, but spring and summer are just around the corner!

So far this week, I’ve stuck to my modified plan of three 5-bite meals. Sometimes, I’m weighing 2 ounces. I know this is not ideal, but it’s helping me stick with something. At this point, for myself, something is better than nothing.

I’m hoping to having a good week. I have had a rough couple of months.

Anxiety due to stress was very extremely bad last week, I have really bad chest pain when this happens and extremities feel even colder, especially left side of the body.
