Just writing to keep myself on track. Yesterday I did fantastic. And then at the end of the day we had a big family gathering and I had more to eat. But today I’m back on track. I’m kind of sad that Thanksgiving happened right as I was getting in the groove again, but I’ll be fine. Today is another day 1 and I’m going to be very committed.

I had a fantastic day! I’m so thankful for this community and the ability to actually talk with Dr. Lewis! Having other people believe in me makes me believe in myself. 😁

I want to take a minute and celebrate I am still 81 pounds down with the help of 5-bite diet!!! 108 pounds down from before I joined slimming station.

In regards to there being no better time than the present, right! Might as well get started right now. BUT, Thanksgiving–the big eating holiday of the year–is a free day. On that day, however, I recite the same mantra as always: taste everything, but finish nothing.
