Elizabeth W. started the topic Question for Dr. Lewis in the forum The Slimming Station Diet 5 months ago
I’m planning on doing a hard push into 5 bites, next 4 weeks. I am due for a blood drawn in 4 weeks.
Will my lipids go down in that time? Reason I am asking is because it seems some people noticed a rise at first when doing the diet.
Thank you!
Elizabeth

Has anyone here done 3 weeks or more nearly perfectly? If so what have your results been? Did you find the hunger settling? How were your energy levels?
