I feel so much better already, regardless of what the scale may say on Monday – I am just looking forward to get thinner & thinner each week.

I am so glad I rejoined!

It’s Day 4 already and looking forward to my delicious 5 bites for lunch!

I’m on day 3 and feeling good. Hunger has subsided and I’m looking forward to my 5 bites for lunch.

I am NOT stepping on the scale until Monday and then we can discuss my results.

I have re-joined today. I want to feel healthy & skinny again. I am committed to seeing this through to the end. I will join the chat next Monday 14th April.
