Dear Dr Lewis & Members,

I have re-joined today. I want to feel healthy & skinny again. I am committed to seeing this through to the end. I will join the chat next Monday 14th April.

Hmm, sorry to hear that.

I started setting timers on my phone for when to eat & that’s helped me so much!

Also using a bite count Talley app & a slow down eating app that’s helped me sharing in hopes to give ya some ideas.
