We are the elite going through the holidays losing weight instead of gaining!!  New years day is just another day for us!!  We will no longer be hanging all our hopes and dreams on January 1 finally being the day we turn our lives around!! January 1 is now!!  Resolutions are now! We are living the dream now!!

I love to read this! So inspiring! Yes! Staying on 5 Bites during holidays and special events is so much better than joining in on the overeating.
