    Great work on the weight. That’s really not too bad and one day I’m plan will get you back to your precious.

    I am here with you. I think with maintenance, practice is the way to go. With me and having so much to lose I need to stop practicing and do the plan as @drlewis sets out.

  • My BMI is 17.8, so technically I’m underweight. However, I still notice some stubborn fat around my stomach that just doesn’t seem to go away.

    I remember @drlewis saying once to me on a call, are you eating right now? If not you have already started again. Every minute is a moment you can restart. You don’t need to wait till tomorrow or next week. You can do this!

Because I’m taking so much time (20 min total) to finish the meal, the sense of wanting to be done overrides the excitement of eating even by the time I get to the 3rd bite!
