I love to read this! So inspiring! Yes! Staying on 5 Bites during holidays and special events is so much better than joining in on the overeating.

I think I was the only one not stuffed.

Was actually hungry during the day.

Loved it went walking with the nephews cause they were tired of being cooped up.

Today is the day!!

I need to get back on track. Just went and bought myself some Quest bars to have as lunches for the next few days. I will have dinner with my Mum and have 5 bites.

It was a great call.

I don’t think I have ever really been hungry in my entire life lol! Except the first 3 days of 5 bites.

Elizabeth, I completely agree with everything you said! I really needed to hear this. My new analog scale is being delivered tomorrow, and after all the change and chaos—driving cross-country for two weeks and moving—I’m ready to tackle the holidays and stay on track with this plan!

After all the chaos of the past few weeks I have had a good day so far, hoping things hold. I’m not really worried about Thanksgiving even, I’m not going to allow myself to be pressured anymore. My goal is to reach a solid 10 pound loss by Christmas, that would be a great present to myself.
