I’m a little bit scared still, and growing more courage by the day.

Hi everyone!
Evening thoughts:
I was thinking about how best to add food back in, and then I remembered:
I can eat what I want, food or cake doesn’t matter, as long as I stay within my food volume limit.
So that’s the end of worrying about what would be the best idea.
I’m wishing everyone all the best until next time.

Hi everyone!
Dinner time arrived again, and with that, more of the same: brushing my teeth, reading the last pages of the book, and having my meal. It was a good meal, lots of little bits and pieces. I feel full and happy.
Wishing everyone all the best until next time.

Hi everyone!
Same same: I brushed my teeth, read about a few of the studies referred to in the book, and had my lunch.
For lunch I had a lovely mix of sweet and salty snacks. It looked like a small meal, and even so, now I’m feeling full. My stomach is noticing the increase, as small as it is. Increasing my meal volume slowly and steadily seems…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
It’s new day, day 6 of going from weight loss into maintenance.
My weight has dropped again this morning: 49.0 kg / 108 lbs / 16.4 bmi
This means that I will increase my meal volume today. I’m looking forward to lunch and dinner! I have peanut butter and nutella waiting on my kitchen countertop, along with cake, cookies, potato…[Read more]

I’m doing a strict 5bite week too. I’ve lost 4 lbs already. I’m thinking of you. Think of me doing it too. We can keep each other on track. My internist said today that I had better stick to 5bites if that’s what the doctor has ordered!

Hi everyone!
Today before dinner I brushed my teeth and read about a few of the studies in the book.
At dinner time, I could again feel that the meal volume is at the new level. I’m glad that I’m sticking to my plan, and get to experience the steadiness of taking step by step into maintenance. It feels doable this time.
I’m looking forward to…[Read more]

Thank you Allison!
It’s good to write monologues, and better to write in dialogue.
And thank you for sharing your experiences in the latest chat video!
I’m so looking forward to what’s about to happen when you jump in with both feet!
About the old experiences that you remember, how things went wrong after your dieting in the past, I would say…[Read more]

For the curious:
In my sprint to the finish line I had 1 teaspoon of chocolate per meal. It was a two day sprint, on March 27th and March 28th. This was the third time around of my sprinting to the finish line, and hopefully the last. It took me a month to get from my first attempt to my third, from February 27th to March 28th. All in all with…[Read more]

Hi everyone!
Here is another update monologue.
Before lunch I brushed my teeth and read a couple of the research summaries.
Then I had lunch:
six teaspoons of chocolate mixed with chopped salted peanuts, peanut snacks, and cookie crumbles.
It felt like quite a big meal to me.
I enjoyed the mix of salty and sweet, and the crunchy with the…[Read more]
