Yes i agree with Kylie if i take away 100% of my treats i have more of a binge session like days where is i allow a few bites in my 5 bites or even all 5 bites im happy. The reality is we are all different & thats ok. You do you boo. You got this! It aint easy but when you follow it exactly it works like nothing else!!!

How is your weigh going? Are you seeing a change?

You just need to find what works for you.

If I start cutting carbs, I start looking for them and binge on them, so a few bites of a sandwich and a spoon of rice with a meat and veg meal feels good for me.

11/9 eating past the 5 bite had me in pain for most of the night my stomach stretching back out & feeling nauseous 🤢 acid relux i had to peop myself up,  why why why????  its lunch & i still have a sore stomach from yesterday uhg! Motivated to not do that again anytime soon!
