I miss my friends from this website.!!!! I was a member in 2016 and lost from 220 to 154. I felt so good. Then I went on vacation for 2 weeks and I fell off the wagon. It’s almost over and I am resetting again today.
Due to work I have clocked about 6-7 miles of walking every day for the past 5 days. So doing the diet has been kind of a challenge. Body wants protein and coffee ☕
Basically I am flight attendant, pilot and landing crew all in one!

Indeed, feel better. But you are right: this IS the final diet. Now, it’s just a matter of time before you give it your all and get it done. But this IS the last diet you will ever do!
