I report this from Dr Lewis:
Right. Ā If you go over your bite count, fine. Ā Not ideal, but you didnāt āblow it.ā Ā Just think: you could have eating more after whatever point you did stop eating, so in a sense, itās still a win. Ā As long as you find the will and desire to stop short of eating everything you could, you are on the right road.…[Read more]

Embarking on the 5 Bite Diet has been a transformative experience for me. Initially, the concept of limiting myself to just five bites per meal seemed daunting, but the simplicity and flexibility of this approach quickly won me over.

I’m glad there are more doctors on social media speaking out. And for anyone that sees this in the future, either going through menopause or premature ovarian failure it can be very tough.
I’m due to see an outside provider Monday for an adjustment, out of my insurance, since in the eloquent words of my brother: Kaiser doctor is a piece of…[Read more]

I think I do this in small ways when I am being a POPSTAR at 5 bites, without even realising this. Maybe I need to focus more on the relaxation techniques to really see consistent progress. Worth a try

I think this is exemplified in some of the things I have tried here. Ā For example, leaving food behind at every meal, taking a bite of my favorite things and throwing away the rest, having my res light foods and not finishing them (captain crunch berries). Ā It does get easier.

So, I was listening to a Joe Dispenza video, and he mentioned something called Systematic Desensitization. Itās a therapy that exposes people to stressful situations while practicingĀ relaxation techniques. I looked it up to see if it could help with overeating, and I found that it actually can!
