I have been hovering around the same weight for a couple of weeks. I think my body likes the current (past) set point!

I do three perfect days per week. I don’t let anything sway me on those days. The other days, I try to eat mindfully.

I have hard time sticking to this. How do you guys make food for family and not take a bite that turns to bigger meal.
