Thanks everyone!
A bit of a bad day today, so not sure what my results will be like for my second weigh-in on Monday. I will try and focus hard these next 4 days.
Nevertheless, I am committed to the finish line and bad days like today will come and go. Key is to get straight back on!

Thanks for the welcome Alaska Gal….I would have killed to have had a BEST WEEKLY LOSS of 13 lbs…!! Seems my focus was beneficial for my weigh in today.
