I am so focused on my intake this week, it’s not funny. But to be honest the last couple of weeks I felt like I wasn’t going to lose any weight, only to be surprised on Monday morning.

Thank you for your kind words!!

I am grateful I’ve been able to mostly maintain. ( I was down to 122, but a few pounds “snuck” back on.)
So I’m more determined than ever to take this all the way!!

I’m looking forward to finally getting to read the end of “Why Weight Around!!”

I will plan on joining in on Monday night!!

I think to fix this you enter week 1 at your current weight & you’ll need to enter your new goal weight. Its basically starting over.

Side note, my old weight from years ago is showing up here as my “Current Weight”. I was, at my heaviest, 231 pounds 3 years ago. I think my “Current Weight” here is shown as “209 lbs”. But I’m restarting the diet at 131 pounds.
I’m not sure how to correct this, so I’ll leave it alone for now.

Hello all!!
I’m returning to 5 Bite Diet and the Slimming Station to reach my goal of 118 lbs. (I’m 5’ 5” and currently 131 lbs.) I’ve had much success with this program in the past!!

I’m excited and eager to see the numbers on the scale begin to drop!!

I’m inching towards my goal, although I just lowered it a bit this morning…..I am laser focused to wrap this part of the 5 Bite diet up soon.
