I’m going to keep this as a mantra for the next couple of weeks. It means:

1. plan is working

2. Getting closer to my goal

3. Having better health numbers at my next check up

4. Going on to maintenance

I missed it too. I started a new job on that day, so was in training for it 😏 I am hoping this new job won’t see me having to miss our calls. Time will tell.
