You guessed right.  Sorry.  I hope EVERYONE had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy Holiday!  Now on to the New Year with extraordinary expectations.  We can do this!  Play the roles of persons who have an iron-clad will power.  Don’t let anything or anyone slow you down.  We can do this!  We WILL do this!!!

I am doing my routine. Did 5 bites x 2 on Christmas eve (but had an extra Santa cookie in the middle of the night!!)

It’s nice when January comes, and everyone is on the same page.  No treats at work, etc.  But we don’t need to wait until then!  Not with 5B.  Squeezing in perfect days along the social events minefield is so so helpful.

I’m so glad that you had a great experience with the friend! I have friends in sort of similar situations. I always wonder what is going on in their minds sometimes.
