Hi again everyone!

I’ve had breakfast now. I feel satisfied after the protein drink and the red lentil tomato sauce with potato and egg. It’s indeed a calming meal. Remarkable! It feels so good not to want to eat more and more.

Let’s see how I fare until lunch. My guess is it’ll be smooth sailing.

This morning my skin is rolling and folding across my tummy again. That’s what I like to see!

Today I’m trying out this meal: red lentils in tomato sauce with 1/3 potato and an egg, and a protein drink on the side. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I’ll be interested to see how I feel after this meal idea.

This week I’ve struggled in which you can tell, I haven’t lost any new weight from last week.

It’s Friday, my goal is to loose some this weekend to show a loss come Monday.
