I have a goal of June! Also, if this diet puts you in ketosis, is some of the non – hunger have to do with being in ketosis?

Feels amazing!  My family can see how happy and good I feel.  It does feel SO spectacular!

I made up my mind that I would make 2023 my year and get this done and I finally achieved it!  It is so wonderful and I now look forward to maintaining my weight and enjoying quality meals at meal times.

Well I gave up somehow, but may come back soon as I am fed up with food again. Just had another Door Dash dinner delivered that smelled like cigarette smoke. And it was not good, and it was expensive as well.

I’ll neee to join one of your chats soon. I’m starting with one of my friends who I’m trying to convince to join the community.

What are some tips to sustain this for a few months? I’m interested to see what others say too?
