Hi Dr Lewis – every room can adjust their own AC, so some like it warmer, some like it colder. It’s the PPE and fitted N95s that make it so hot.  After a 16 hour shift, I feel like I’ve been baked in the oven a hundred times!

Hi Debra.  I’m curious: you mentioned that it’s hot.  Do they keep the COVID unit warm at your hospital?  Do you know the degrees?

Hi Dennis!  I’m just starting Day 3 and so far so good!  Had some hunger yesterday but I just told myself to eat the food I was craving that I’d eaten previously from my fat stores. 😅   I’ll post an updated thread soon… but I’m off to get errands started before the FL heat gets too crazy!!
