I will update my weight tracker Monday, but I saw the 100s this morning finally!!! My body was not cooperating for about a week!! I haven’t been this weight since 1998!! That was the first time I joined ww to lose weight! So I guess I am back at square one.

<p style=”text-align: left;”>I was never a bar for days person. Snickers almond and regular are the ones I use when I am busy or out and about. I have bought protein bars, but they never taste good to me.</p>

changing 1 habit every 10 days, so i’m just wake up and have few cups of warm water and an hr or 2 later drink coffee.
