I do mainly real food. I do have bars on hand if needed for on the go or if I am craving sweet.

For all the bigger girls out there – this plan has helped me more than any other I have ever tried – and there have been many!!

-80 with slimming station and -106 from all time high!!

2024 will be my year to reach goal!!

i tried to start before but failed. This week I have started and though I haven’t been perfect I’m surprised at how the feeling of hunger isn’t so scary anymore. It’s been the greatest hindrance for me in this journey. I’m hoping to do 5 bites twice a day starting Monday.

That’s awesome! No discouragement from weight gain. Great self control with the maintenance too! And being with family and friends is difficult because being together is a celebration, and people celebrate with eating! A lot.

Hi all,

I was on vacation last week visiting family and old friends. I thought I was losing weight (being very choosy and eating light), but maintenance for the win!! I was exactly the same weight today and I was a week ago. That is still much better than the old me would have done!!
