Congrats!

Today was a true test. I took my kids to the water park and that’s generally my excuse to load up on snacks and just eat and eat and eat.

Also tempting to eat my children’s scraps, but I resisted! Lol

How are you doing Stefanne?  I started yesterday too—with the snickers bars.  Today is hard.  I keep thinking about you.  We can both do this!  It’s just food!

Indeed.  This is why I like weekly weigh-ins.  Some of the variability inherent in those evil scales gets flushed out over a week’s time.
