    I opened the kitchen for a glass of milk, two snickers bars, and a few jelly sweets. It was a 20 minute kitchen opening.

    My weight before was 54.1 kg.

    My weight after was 54.3 kg.

    I wonder if my best bet is to go back on the five bite diet now, and get back to my ideal weight, before this goes too far?

    I’ve had an early lunch: chicken, yoghurt, and two small jelly sweets.

    Before lunch I weighed 53.6 kg / 118.2 lbs / 17.9 bmi.

    After lunch I weighed 54.1 kg / 119.3 lbs / 18.1 bmi.

    That’s eating done for today then.

    I’ve had breakfast now, and the compost bag has also had breakfast.

    It was a 50 bite, 8 minute breakfast. I enjoyed it!

    I had 10 bites of snickers, 10 bites of croissant with nutella, 10 bites of yoghurt, 10 bites of chicken, and 10 bites of cake.

    I did a good job yesterday of not eating anything after lunch until now.

    My weight this morning was 53.2 kg / 117.3 lbs / 17.8 bmi.

    It’s going in the right direction.

    Let’s see if I can have a moderate breakfast and lunch today.

    I’ve had lunch.

    I did ok.

    I had empanada pie, a peach yoghurt, cake, and a croissant with nutella. About 53 bites all in all. It was a 13 minute meal. All for me, and nothing for the compost bag.

    Before lunch my weight was 53.6 kg / 118.2 lbs / 17.9 bmi.

    After lunch my weight was 54.2 kg / 119.5 lbs / 18.1 bmi.

  • ps ps. The tzatziki fell and splashed onto the floor when I was restocking my fridge.

    I’ll take that as a successful toss, even though it wasn’t intentional.

  • ps. I tossed a 150 ml banana yoghurt that had gone bad.

    Not into the compost bag, instead down the kitchen sink.

    I suppose that doesn’t quite count as pushing some of my food away.

    Still, it is gone!

    Right before 7 am I had a 40 ml snickers bar for breakfast, and felt good.

    My weight had dropped again this morning. It typically drops by 0.1 or 0.2 kg overnight.

    Before using the restroom it was 51.4 kg / 113.3 lbs / 17.2 bmi.

    I’ll increase my meal volume to 50 bites (500 ml) per meal today.
