    It’s a new day here now.

    This morning before using the restroom my weight was 49.9 kg / 110 lbs / 16.7 bmi.
    Before breakfast it was 50.1 kg / 110.5 lbs / 16.7 bmi.
    After breakfast it was 50.6 kg / 111.6 lbs / 16.9 bmi.

    It’s 10 pm, and I’ve fasted since my extended lunch. I still feel comfortably full and not hungry.

    My weight has dropped to 50.0 kg / 110.2 lbs / 16.7 bmi. I’m looking forward to seeing tomorrow morning what it will be. Usually it drops at least 0.1-0.2 kg overnight.

    This morning my weight was up a little bit: 49.0 kg / 108 lbs / 16.4 bmi.

    I feel good about this. I’m a bit under my maintenance weight and slowly gaining weight.

    I’ve had a hot beverage for breakfast, a cup of miso broth with mascarpone.

    It was a warming and rich breakfast.

    My tapas meal was enjoyable, and I enjoyed it!

    This time I added a tbsp of coffee cream to the miso paste in a cup of hot water. I liked it.

    I’ve had dinner: first brushing teeth, then preparing dinner and having a read before having my meal.

    Dinner took 2 minutes and the cup of hot chocolate was inhaled in the following minute.

    I’m adding in a small glass of hot chocolate today after lunch and after dinner:

    2 tbsp of cream, 1 teaspoon of cacao, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, and hot water.
