I agree with Dr.A as much swimming as your doing I think you need a little bit more bites to give you the fuel you need to do your swim race.

9-10-25 to 9-17-25
I will do strict 5 bite days every day!
I will post weight on 9-17-25.
9-7 168 (+2) I think I am 170+ right now

Thanks. I’ve tried it and it works a bit better than coffee. Sometimes the black coffee can bit a bit too acidic, depending on the brand or if I’m on the road and needing to get it from a coffee shop.
I just need to make sure I have water on hand.

Hi everyone
in these days I am a bit lost with bites and maintainance.
we are swimming a lot.
3-6 kms a day.
i am probably eating too much to keep the time.

Coming in at 120.0 exactly today on day 4. Feeling good. Drinking black coffee again and my 5 bites of snickers and going strong. 💪🏽

Coming in at 120.6 today. A little retention as I was working late and did not sleep long but I know it’s going away and I am expecting a good whoosh in the next few days. 🥰
