Dinner: 5 PERFECt bites of cheeseburger

Well, I was strong Sunday and Monday, but by Tuesday I was ‘in with the Romans’. Up 7 pounds. Have to say that I was impressed how my supervisor was so supportive the entire week. He even told me to keep on track and that he would be checking in on me when I left.
I am wanting to have 20 pounds off by the time I see him again next month.

Lunch: 1 bite of ham and 4 bites of sandwich with cheese.

Arghhhhh. Not losing weight!
But mantaining.

I did not stick to bars only yesterday. Not even sure why I ate off plan, thinking back on it. Had my lunch bar…but around dinner time I ate a bowl of baked beans. It wasn’t worth it, it didn’t taste amazing, it wasn’t a celebration…just a mistake.

I have been doing this for a long time, the 8lbs is my total loss I went down to 119 then I gained and went back up to 130 I haven’t tracked my loss this week yet but 8 lb or more would be great.
