    I spent the  last two days at my mom’s, came home tonight and realized I forgot my scale at my mom’s!! I am so mad at myself. I should have put it in my car after I weighed in after lunch!

  • No.  Over a period of days, ALL water in = ALL water out.  SO, at no point do I want you to count the weight of water in your analysis.

    Here is my analysis, let me know if this seems right based on my numbers.

    1. in the morning/ early afternoon hours I GAIN anywhere from .4  to 1.4 pounds.  ( not including clothes). That is from multiple cups of coffee, water, and lunch, I believe.

  • sigh. I feel like a Dolly Parton song. Always starting over. This is the best place for encouragement and accountability so I’m back. I was gonna try and stay away until I’ve finished but that plan wasn’t working too well for me.

  • You did great yesterday.  The reason why you didn’t lose as much as you were expecting must be because of salt in the food.  Still, that will wash itself out in a day or so, so no fear.  I expect big things to come!!   :yahoo:

    I know it seems crazy like keeping the journal is conjuring the “weight loss fairies” or something!!  🧚‍♀️

    Lol. I don’t really get why but at this point, I don’t care why. I just want to get to my goal!! So I am going to keep doing it.
