dinner goal :

3 bites food & 2 bites candy bar or dessert

Well i think with your current weight loss at almost 50lbs in 9 weeks i do believe can do just that!!! Excited to be on this journey with you.

Hmmm well if you lost 2 lbs a week that is a conservative weigh loss number for 5 bites that would be 2×20 = 40lbs!

Popcorn a few nibbles threw the rest away of a childs movie snack pack didnt eat the whole box of milk duds & didnt eat the chewy candies that came with the snack pack

I don’t think only bars is the best option for me. Maybe one a day but two just leads me to looking for more food variety
