This is my third time back on the forum. Trying to shake 12 lbs of “Covid” weight. This time I’m prepared to get the job done with the help of Snickers. Today was a perfect day. My advice is not to get ahead of yourself. Focus only on your next meal in front of you. That is what helps me the most.

This week, I am challenging myself to just candy bars. I want to finish a whole week eating just bars, to see how that impacts my numbers this week. I am curious! I also am challenging myself to a minimum of 3 cups a coffee a day.
