Hi Allison! I am 5 -biting today also. I am trying to transition to regular food. I have been struggling with taking more than 5 bites of regular food or taking too big of bites but was successful today. I am doing a bar for one meal and regular food for my second meal. Hi all,

I have already noticed the following changes since doing the 5 bite diet:

My dry skin on both arms has cleared up – and I put no lotion on my arms!
My knee joint pain is gone.
My hand joints are feeling much better.
I am able to walk and step up/down stairs more easily.

Hi everyone – happy to report I am on a roll again with my reset! Down -10 pounds in a week at today’s weigh-in!! Going for a repeat this week. My total is -16 with 5-bite and -42 from my all time high.
