I heard in a chat dr Lewis say. The fat actually releases inflammatory

I need no more inflammation.    But my back surgeon said inflammation means I am getting bone growth around my back fusion so it’s ok to hurt a little ?

I was here in 2015.  I lost 60 lbs  but I haven’t been back real serious until now.

That should be fine, Dennis.  Diltiazem at that dose should control heart rate without dropping your blood pressure too far.
