Had my first perfect day yesterday. Very pleased and plan to keep going. People have started to comment on my weight loss. I’m feeling kinda scared to lose so much weight in a short time

Hello Allison! 3 rd day in. I’ve committed to bars for 7 days. My husband has asked me to lunch for tomorrow. I’m bringing my bars. I haven’t reset in years and years. I’m remembering when this was normal for me in the past. Have to really set. Next week is vacation and just getting started.

Oh wow!  You must be tired!!  I will see you there!

Yes!  I will.  It’s been a crazy day as we moved today as well, but I’ll be there.

I do mainly real food.  I do have bars on hand if needed for on the go or if I am craving sweet.

That’s awesome!  No discouragement from weight gain.  Great self control with the maintenance too! And being with family and friends is difficult because being together is a celebration, and people celebrate with eating!  A lot.
