I just completed day 4 – another perfect day! Hungerstat is set and I’m not hungry now at all – this diet is amazing 🤩

Good Morning Everyone,

I’m back and ready to do this again! I reached my target weight only once before with the encouragement of Dr Lewis, but unfortunately I didn’t stay there long enough for my body to readjust to my new set weight.

Looking forward to do this again and this time stay I’m going to stay there forever!!
