Hi all,

We had a great chat session tonight. I am restarting this week!!! Hope everyone is doing well!! I am working on positive self talk as one of my goals this week while sticking to the plan!! Why ‘weight’ around!! I have to hurry and get this weight off!

I am still here. My daughter’s schedule was crazy busy this week and I missed the chat call due to an extra rehearsal she had. She got to perform at an Orlando Magic basketball pre-game show this week.
