I am taking it one day at a time. I have slip ups but I am not giving up. I have enjoyed watching your journey in the videos. You are a motivation to keep going. I am doing bars this week. I still haven’t mastered eating real food within the guidelines of just 5 bites.

5BD is about the easiest thing in the world. Now that I can eat solid food again, it’s been no trouble at all to stick with it again as I was before.

I think what it is, I know this is effective Bc I’ve had gastric bypass surgery. So I know it’s so effective that I prolong doing it bc I know how fast it works. It’s like analysis paralysis for me.

As long as you keep trying there is hope!  You can do this!  Tell is what challenges you have had.
