I have been riding my bike daily  in the evenings when its cool.   Fight depression constantly.

Yes. I am on meds but can’t find the desire to take care of myself.

I ride the bike to fight depression.

What an exciting time! I remember being afraid my wedding dress was not going to fit due to my lack of control over girl scout cookies!!  Thankful for Dr. Lewis’ 5 bite diet!  It gives is back the control!

I am always surprised how quickly aches, pains, and joints feel when you lose a few pounds.

Wow!! Amazing job Allison. So thrilled for you. Dr Lewis’s diet works best when done to the letter. I’ve also tried to tweak in the past and it just stalls the process.

I hear ya. I have had so many false starts. I just recently asked my doc for medicine to help me.  It is helping me stick to it finally!   It is new, so time will tell.  But I am finally feeling like I can do this as written!
