one week 5 bites of whatever we are craving!

Scale went up today :( ate very salty 5 bite meals but they were in the 5 bite zone so hoping it is the salt cuz it geeked me out a bit, will be extra strict today on my 5 bite meals & continue until the scale goes back down ill share weight later probabaly only if I lose weight from 166 happy 5 bite trails!

Amazing

Weighing in at 121.5 today this is beginning of day 4. Day 1 I was 125.7

I am so excited! It’s been so fun going in this journey and seeing results and strength arise!

Perfect thank you so much! I was thinking 6 to prepare for after I reach my goal and actually timing dinner around my normal schedule.

right now my two meals are 11 and 3pm and that’s been working for me for now but as work ramps back up I do want to slowly extend that 3pm to 5pm.

Hi Sarah!

First, WELCOME!!  Sorry I’m late getting to these messages–it’s been a really busy weekend for me.

All I ask is that you go AT LEAST 4 hours in between meals.  6 sounds great!

I think would be a fantastic goal.  Let’s re-evaluate when you are there!  But I love it!!

Might even get a speeding ticket!!! … laughing with tears!
